Studio rental fees;

Weekday fee(monday-thursday) is 40$/h for minimum 2hours (temporary opening rate until feb 28th, then regular price of 60$/h minimum 2hours)
Weekend fee(friday-sunday) is 70$/h for minimum 2hours
